All items are handcrafted and shipped from Avignon, France (Postal code: 84000).

Shipping & Preorders

Items in my shop are offered as preorders which means they're still in the process of being made. Each rune set is made from scratch, painted, sealed, and boxed individually in a custom wooden case.

Handmade OSRS Rune Set : estimated to ship in late 2025

Each set takes 5–7 days to produce, and production follows the order of purchases (first come, first served).
Due to limited edition batches and high demand, shipping may be delayed depending on your position in the queue.

Pre-Orders & Production Time

This is a limited, made-to-order collection. Each rune set is handcrafted, and production time may take several weeks or months depending on demand.
I will send monthly email updates with production progress.

Monthly Progress Updates

You’ll receive monthly email updates throughout the production period so you always know where things stand, crafting, finishing, packing, shipping.

I may also post public progress reports on the website or socials for those following the journey.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before confirming your order.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • France (2 - 5 business days)
  • European Union (5 - 10 business days)
  • International (10 - 30 business days)

Duties & Import Taxes

Your order ships from France, and prices shown on the site are final from my side.

However, if you're outside the EU, your country may ask you to pay import duties or local taxes when the package arrives.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is with the shipping carrier, delivery times are unfortunately out of my hands. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking info first, then with your local post office, and don’t hesitate to contact me for help.

Returns & Refunds

Because each rune set is made to order and handcrafted just for you, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed and I've started working on it.

I hope you understand, this is a one-person operation, and every set takes time, care, and materials I can’t reuse.
